Since 2009 Mais Incorporadora has designed, built and delivered in João Pessoa and Cabedelo. More than 1,500 units delivered, each one starting on one of our drawing boards.
The story
A decade and a half
building here.
Mais was born in João Pessoa and never left. That changes how you pick a site, how you draw a floor plan and how you hand over a building.
We started in 2009 with a simple conviction: a good development is not the one that impresses at launch, it is the one that still makes sense ten years later. A home is where you come back at the end of the day and welcome friends and family. That is what we build.
Since then we have delivered more than 20 developments and more than 1,500 units, from Bancários to the Cabedelo seafront. Porto Sampaio, Mais Imperial, Mais Luxor, Azimut and Noa are finished and delivered, the first three already sold out. Bloom Living, Emaar and Mais Garden are between launch and construction.
Staying focused on João Pessoa and Cabedelo is a deliberate choice. We know the soil, the traffic, the tide, the neighbour and the registry office. None of that shows up in a brochure, but all of it shows up at handover.
